What Is It?

The MNTC CareerTech Scholarship waives up to $1500 tuition for students accepted into one of MNTC’s Career Majors if all eligibility requirements are met. 

What Are The Eligibility Requirements?

• High school graduate or GED recipient
• Resident of the MNTC school district
• Acceptance into a MNTC Career Major
• Student begins class prior to their 21st birthday
• (Students attending MNTC while in high school must have had at least a “B” in their MNTC Career Major the last semester attended.)

How Does It Work?

• Complete a CareerTech Scholarship application
• Provide a copy of high school transcript or GED certificate

• Educational Services Department at MNTC

• MNTC Career Advisor

How Do I Maintain Eligibility?

• Must maintain a letter grade of at least a “B” in the Career Major
• Once a student stops attending MNTC, they are no longer eligible for the scholarship

This scholarship is not available to students who have already attended MNTC as an adult.
