Cooperative Alliance Partnerships

Cooperative Alliance Partnerships allow high school and adult students to earn college credit for many courses taken at Moore Norman Technology Center.

Co-enrolling for college credit at MNTC can help students cut down on college time and expenses.
Students may apply credit toward an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree at Oklahoma City Community College, Rose State College or OSU-OKC.
Credit hours listed are maximum available for that program. Individual student's credit hours earned may vary.

Practical Nurse (Adult Only)	MNTC’s Practical Nursing graduates qualify for direct articulation into Associate Degree nursing programs at some Oklahoma colleges, pending acceptance to the college and its nursing program. The number of credit hours awarded will be determined by the college. The MNTC PN graduate must have graduated within the past five years and hold a current Oklahoma licensure as an LPN. Most Oklahoma colleges will allow an LPN to take challenge examinations for college credit.
Pre-Engineering (High School Only)	MNTC Pre-Engineering students, upon making at least an 85% in the class, qualify to take an end of instruction test in 4 of the 5 classes taught in the career major. The student's score on that test can be transcribed for college credit at Project Lead the Way (PLTW) affiliate universities. Individual Colleges of Engineering around the country may recognize all, part, or none of the transcribed class credits depending on individual school policies.
