This career major prepares students to become an instructor of cosmetology in accordance with Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology mandates.  Students work with an instructor and guided to design, develop, assist, and teach cosmetology courses to future students.  Students also work one-on-one with instructional staff to prepare for taking the Cosmetologist Licensing Exam.  Must have a current Oklahoma State Cosmetology License and have evidence of working in the cosmetology field in the two preceding years.
