This career major prepares students to provide the clerical support necessary to pay the financial obligations of a business and to process payments made to a business, maintain office records, make deposits and take appropriate action on overdue payments.

Students learn basic office and computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, and computerized accounting software.
