The most important corporate resource over the next 20 years will be talent. Whether you have a new or expanding company, Oklahoma's Training for Industry Program (TIP) helps you find and train a solid workforce. The best part is - it's free.
How It Works
The Sooner Human Resources Society has been formed to serve HR professionals in the Moore and Norman area.
- We'll meet and get to know you and to provide an overview of our services.
- Once you've determined your location or expansion plans in Oklahoma, technical experts from the state level, and training experts at the local level will work with you to design your customized services.
- A "Statement of Understanding" between your company, the State, and MNTC is then written. The statement includes a brief description of the type of customized programs and services we're providing along with facility requirements and any other agreements needed to achieve your goals.
Once you're up and running, we continue to meet your workforce training and learning needs and provide you with a continuous supply of hard-working, collaborative, productive, technology-savvy people. In addition to TIP, we provide ongoing, cost-effective training to keep your employees up-to-date and productive.
Finally, employment-ready students from Oklahoma’s CareerTech System of 54 technology centers, and 39 Oklahoma colleges and universities, provide a continuing source of employees for your company.
