BDC Mission:
The mission of Moore Norman's BDC is to create an environment for the development and delivery of a comprehensive set of value-added programs and services that enable the future growth of our clients.
Benefits of the BDC to Business Owners
The BDC is a certified incubator by the Department of Commerce. Because of this designation, tenants locating on site ae exempt from State taxes on income earned for up to a 10-year period from the date of occupancy.
We're Members of the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network
Our BDC Coordinator is a Business Assistance Coordinator through the Oklahoma Business Assistance Network, and the facility is one of a small group of Bid Assistance Center sites in the state.
OBAN coordinators can assist with the following:

Help business with Procurement Assistance such as marketing strategy, locating contracting opportunities, vendor registration in the Central Contracting Registration, Pro-Net, HUBZone and women-owned businesses

The OBAN can also help businesses locate agency contacts, commercial item descriptions, Wide Area Work Flow, and pursue ISO certification
