MNTC has been a very responsive business partner to Sitel. They’ve contributed to the professional development of our management team with curriculum on leadership skills, communication and computer applications. MNTC has demonstrated flexibility by developing custom curricula for Sitel tailored to fit our needs, and classes are offered at times that worked well for our team.
